Sectigo’s Michael Fowler Recognized as 2021 CRN® Channel Chief
This week, CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, named Michael Fowler, President of Channels and Partnerships at Sectigo, to its 2021 list of Channel Chiefs. The annual CRN® Channel Chiefs list recognizes leading IT channel vendor executives who continually demonstrate outstanding leadership, influence, innovation, and growth. Honorees are selected by CRN’s editorial staff based on their dedication, industry prestige, and exceptional accomplishments as channel advocates.
For nearly two decades, Michael has successfully managed our largest partner accounts and has played a substantial role in the development and growth of not only the Sectigo’s partner relationships, but the company as a whole.
Most recently, he led the launch of our new Secure Partner Program, furthering Sectigo’s commitment to more than 1,200 partners worldwide. Partners in the program enjoy a wide range of benefits, including access to the new Sectigo Connect Partner Portal, advancing their ability to build new capabilities, deliver more value to customers, drive higher profits, and accelerate growth in today’s dynamic cybersecurity market.
Throughout his career, Michael has established and grown hundreds of partners for Sectigo and fostered relationships that have resulted in expanded revenues for both Sectigo and our channel partners. He leads a growing global team serving resellers, domain registrars and hosting providers, as well as MSSPs and more, ensuring both their individual success and the success of their customers.
Michael also spearheaded the development and delivery of the Sectigo Web Security Platform. At the forefront of this vital offering, he leveraged his in-depth industry experience to define Sectigo’s vision, development, packaging, go-to-market strategy and launch plan surrounding the Platform. Lastly, he played a critical role in the acquisition of CodeGuard and two key channel partners in Europe, doubling the size of our Channel organization.
