By the end of this article, you will be able to check where your SSL order is in the validation process and find out what, if anything, you need to do to move it forward. It describes four methods, from fastest to last resort: signing in to your Customer Dashboard, using the Validation Manager tool, submitting a support ticket to the Validation Team, and contacting Sectigo directly. Choose the best method that fits your situation.

Method 1 — Sign in to your Customer Dashboard

The fastest and easiest way to check your certificate status is to sign in to your Customer Dashboard and review the order. If you purchased your certificate directly from Sectigo, the video “How to Issue a Security Certificate” shows how to sign in, check the certificate status, and understand what you may need to do to get it issued faster.

Method 2 — Use the Validation Manager tool

The Validation Manager tool gives you a real-time view of where your certificate is in the validation process. From there, you can see your required next steps and upload documents directly to your order. For a walkthrough, see the video “How to use the Sectigo Validation Manager.”

Method 3 — Submit a support ticket
