How do I get an update on the status of my SSL order that is awaiting validation?
We have three methods for you to check the status of your security certificate.
1) Log Into Your Account
The fastest and easiest way to check the status of your security certificate is to log into your Customer Dashboard and have a look.

2) Use our new Validation Manager tool for a real-time view of where your certificate is within the Validation process. Here you can see your required next steps and upload documents directly to your order.

3) Submit a Support Ticket
If the video above doesn't answer your question, try submitting a support ticket to the Validation Team. When you create the support ticket, be sure to do the following:
- Select Validation Support as the Case Type and select the appropriate Case Reason that corresponds to your certificate type
- Complete the Order Number field.
- In the Description field, include the Domain, IP or private server name, and provide a brief explanation of the issue.
3) Contact Us
Finally, if you cannot log into your account, try one of the following:
- Go to www.sectigo.com and use the chat feature to contact the Validation Team.
