Set-up Sectigo CA
Select Sectigo as your Certificate Authority (CA) in ECS and validate your organization(s) and domain(s).

Set-up & test
In ECS, start the SCM testing phase. All ECS administrators, along with all other data required for testing, are copied over to SCM. Run certificate discovery, issue new certificates, create notification workflows and more.

Full migration
In ECS, select the option to fully migrate to SCM. Certificates and their metadata, licensing inventory, S/MIME keys, and custom fields are moved from ECS to SCM. From this point forward, all management occurs in SCM.
SSL.com Customer: What you need to know
If you currently issue certificates through SSL.com via ECS, you may continue doing so until you begin your migration to Sectigo Certificate Manager. However, please note:
- Once your migration is complete, issuance will only include Sectigo certificates.
- We recommend switching your SSL/TLS provider to Sectigo as part of this process for uninterrupted service and centralized management.
