Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

Hardware token plugged into a USB port.

Bluebeam Revu installed on your computer.
Procedure to sign the PDF document (Bluebeam Revu)
Step 1: Connect Your Token
Plug your hardware token into a USB port on your computer. This is required for authentication.
Step 2: Open the PDF in Bluebeam Revu
Launch Bluebeam Revu and open the PDF document you want to sign.
Step 3: Access Signature Tools
Navigate to Tools > Signatures > Sign Document from the top menu.
Step 4: Create Signature Field
Click and drag your mouse on the PDF to create a signature field where your digital signature will appear.
Step 5: Configure Signature Settings
In the Sign dialog box:

Select your Digital ID.

Choose Signature Type and Options.

Customize the appearance of your signature if needed.
Step 6: Apply Signature
Click OK to confirm your settings.
Step 7: Save the Signed PDF
Bluebeam Revu will prompt you to select a file name and location for the signed PDF. Click Save when done.
Step 8: Authenticate with Password
Enter the password for your token to allow Revu to use the certificate.
Step 9: Verification
To confirm that the process was successful, check that your digital signature appears in the designated area of the PDF document.
