Step 1:

Once your certificate is issued, you will receive an email containing the tracking details and token password sent to the registered admin email address. Please verify that you have received the confirmation email with the token password.

 

If you have not received the email:

 

• Spam/Junk Folder: Please check your Spam or Junk folders to ensure that the email is not flagged as a Spam.
• If you are still unable to locate the email then please submit a support ticket to Sectigo Support.

• Case Type: Technical Support
• Case Reason: Certificate Technical Support

Use the same email address associated with your certificate order to prevent delays in processing your request.

 

 

Step 2:

After receiving your token and initial password, the next step is to install the SafeNet Authentication Client (SAC).

Step 3:

• Connect your SafeNet USB token to an available USB port on your computer.

1. In the Current Token Password field, enter your current token password that was sent in the email.
2. In the New Token Password and Confirm Password fields, place and confirm your new token password.
