Step-by-Step Guide to import a certificate on Windows:
1. Open Certificate Manager

Press Win + R, type certmgr.msc, and hit Enter
This launches the certificate store for the current user.
2. Navigate to Personal Certificate Store

In the left pane, expand Certificates – Current User.

Expand the Personal folder.

Right-click on Certificates under Personal, then choose:

All Tasks > Import.
3. Start the Certificate Import Wizard

Click Next on the wizard welcome screen.

Browse to the location of your downloaded certificate file.

Select the file and click Next.
4. Choose Certificate Store
