How to Find the Order Number in SCM Pro

By the end of this guide, you will be able to find the Order Number for any certificate in your Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Pro account. The Order Number identifies a specific certificate and is useful for tracking, support requests, and certificate management. The guide covers signing in, opening the certificate, and reading the Order Number from the certificate details.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have:

Access to your Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Pro account

At least one certificate that is issued or in progress
Steps

Log in to your SCM Pro account.

Go to the Certificates section.

Locate the certificate whose Order Number you want to find.

Click Manage for that certificate.

In the Details section, read the Order Number listed for the certificate.
