By following this article, you will be able to find the tracking number for your shipped token order or confirm that the email has not arrived so you can contact Sectigo Support. It explains which email carries the tracking number — the provisioning email sent to the Admin Contact once the certificate has been issued and provisioned to the USB token — what that email contains, the steps to search for it including the sender address and subject line, and what to do if the email cannot be found.

Where the tracking number is sent

Your tracking number is in the provisioning email that Sectigo sends to the Admin Contact listed on the order. This email is sent once the certificate has been issued, provisioned to the Universal Serial Bus (USB) token, and prepared for shipment.

The email comes from "[email protected]" and contains:

• Your shipment tracking information
• Token provisioning details
• Token password information, when applicable

How to find the provisioning email

1. Open the inbox of the Admin Contact listed on the order.
2. Search for emails from "[email protected]"
3. Look for an email with a subject similar to "Tracking Information for Order:".
4. If the email is not there, check the Spam, Junk, and Quarantine folders for that mailbox.

If you cannot find the email

If the Admin Contact has checked all of the locations above and the provisioning email is still not there, contact Sectigo Support for assistance. Have the order number ready so the team can confirm the shipment status and resend the details.
