What is the difference between a subdomain and custom domain with my whitelabel account?
Overview
When creating a custom URL for a white label account, choose one of these options:

Subdomain: use a subdomain of totalwebsiteprotection.com, such as mycompany.totalwebsiteprotection.com.

Custom domain: use a domain that you own, such as backups.mycompany.com.

Set up a subdomain

Select Subdomain.

Enter the subdomain name you want to use.

Use the generated URL with the totalwebsiteprotection.com domain. No extra setup is required.
Set up a custom domain

Select Custom domain.

Enter the custom domain you want to use.

Create a DNS CNAME entry for the custom domain.

Point the CNAME entry to cname.totalwebsiteprotection.com.
