Set up a white label branded portal

Overview

By the end of this article you will have configured a white label branded portal so your clients see your company name, logo, domain, and colors instead of the default branding. It covers opening the branding page, completing the branding form field by field, and saving your settings. You set where the support link points using a Support Center Uniform Resource Locator (URL).

Step 1: Visit the branding page

From your dashboard, hover over the Settings drop-down in the upper-right corner of the screen and select Branding.

Hover over the Settings drop-down and select Branding to open the branding page.

Hover over the Settings drop-down and select Branding to open the branding page.

Step 2: Enter your information

Fill out the branding form with your company's information. Each field is explained below.

Complete each field on the branding form with your company's details.

Complete each field on the branding form with your company's details.

Name: Enter your company's name (for example, "Drupal Web Design"). This is how your name appears in text throughout the site.

Subdomain: If you don't have a custom domain, use a subdomain of totalwebsiteprotection.com (for example, "drupalwebdesign.totalwebsiteprotection.com").

Custom Domain: If you have your own custom domain, enter it here.

Company Logo: This logo appears in the top-left of the screen at all times and in emails sent to your clients. Use a 240px by 48px image with a transparent background for the best appearance.

Color Scheme: Choose one of the four available color schemes, or keep the default.

Email Address: Enter the email address to associate with this account. Client emails (such as ChangeAlert emails) are sent from this address, and client replies go to it.

Support Center URL: The address the support link (top-right of the screen) points to. If you leave it blank, clients see a generic page directing them to email the address above.

Step 3: Save and review

Click SAVE SETTINGS. You are redirected to your new white label branded portal. If you selected a color scheme, it is applied immediately after you save your portal settings.

Click SAVE SETTINGS to apply your branding and open the new portal.

Click SAVE SETTINGS to apply your branding and open the new portal.
