Note: In order to expedite the resolution of your Ticket, its important to ensure the proper "Reason for the Ticket" has been selected.
For example: 

  • If you require SCM Validation assistance, you must select "SCM Validation" as opposed to "Validation"
  • Similarly, for "Refunds" (and/or) "Invoice/Billing".  These are unique reasons for  assistance, please be mindful when creating your ticket.
