Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS) - Configuring Account Security
NOTE
Before proceeding, please ensure you have followed the steps outlined in [Article Number 000009700: "How to Configure Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS)"](URL Name: How-to-Configure-Sectigo-Authetication-Service-SAS ).
Additionally, the Sectigo Authentication Services account must be enabled and properly configured before setting up account security.
1 Go to Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Log in screen with Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS) enabled
2 Log in to SCM using Sign in with Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS)
3 Go to menu, Settings → Admins Choose account created for Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS)
4 Click on the user account configured for SAS
5 Then Click on My Profile
6 Scroll down and go to My Account à Manage. Click on Manage, To access Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS) portal

Account
8 Click on Account to manage your basic account information. Update your Email, First and Last Name as required and click on save
Security
9 From the Security page, you can update your SAS account Password, Set up Authenticator Application and Passkey Authentication
Password
10 To change password, click Change Password option
11 Update your password as per SAS requirements and click Submit. If prompted, re-authenticate with your account credential Enter and confirm your new password
Two Factor Authenticator Application
12 To set up Two Factor Authenticator Application, click on that option.
13 In Mobile Authenticator Setup, follow the steps and Submit
14 Log in to SCM using Sign in with Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS)
15 You will be prompted for your Email and Password
16 Click on Log In
17 You will be prompted for a One-time code from your Authenticator App. Provide the code and click on Log in.

Passkey Authentication Set up
Note
To set up passkey authentication for Sectigo Authentication Manager, you need one of the following:
A native platform: Utilize built-in passkey management solutions such as iCloud Keychain (macOS/iOS), Google Password Manager (Android/Chrome), or Windows Hello (Windows).
A third-party password manager: Use cross-platform tools like 1Password, Bitwarden, or LastPass for greater flexibility and compatibility across multiple devices and operating systems, including Linux.

18 To Set up Passkey Authentication, click on that option
19 Click on Register Passkey. The Passkey Authentication method will utilize either your native platform (e.g., your operating system) or a third-party password manager to set up.
Follow the prompts on your screen to complete the setup
20 Click Once set up is complete, click on Log in with Passkey to to access your Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) account.
Sessions
21 You can monitor your Active Sessions from the Sessions page in the Sectigo Authentication Service portal (SAS).
22 Sign Out will log you off an Active Sessions
23 The following table describes the settings and controls of the Sessions page
Log
24 Activity log for your account can be monitored from the Account Activity Log page in the Sectigo Authentication Service (SAS) portal
25 The following table describes the settings and controls of the Account Activity Log page
