Resolving Suspended Status for Sectigo Network Agent
This article provides step-by-step instructions to resolve a suspended status for a Sectigo Network Agent.
Check Network Connectivity
Verify Internet Access
Ensure that the machine hosting the network agent has proper internet access, capable of reaching Sectigo's servers on TCP port 443. Firewall Settings
Confirm that firewall settings allow outbound connections to Sectigo's URLs:
- https://dist.sectigo.com
- Your designated SCM instance (e.g., https://cert-manager.com)
Restart the Network Agent
Service Restart
Restarting the network agent service can often resolve issues. Use the appropriate command based on your operating system:
For Windows:
net stop "Sectigo Network Agent"
net start "Sectigo Network Agent"

- Open Windows Start menu
- Run services.msc
- Locate and restart "Sectigo Network Agent"
For Linux:
sudo systemctl restart sectigo-network-agent
Check Configuration Settings
