Resolving Activation Key Errors in HackerGuardian

Error Message:
"The activation key is not valid. Please check your email or contact support if the problem persists."
This issue is commonly caused by email filtering software (e.g., SafeLink) that may block the activation URL in the email. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.
Step 1: Check Your Email for the Activation Link
- Ensure you have received the activation email from HackerGuardian.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
- If using a corporate email, verify with your IT team that no security filters (e.g., SafeLink) are blocking the activation link.
Step 2: Use the Forgot Password Option
If the activation link is not working:
- Go to Qualys Password Reset.
- Enter your Username (found in your welcome email).
- Click Submit to receive a new password reset email.
- Open the email and copy the reset link—paste it into a new browser window or incognito mode to avoid caching issues.
Step 3: Request a New Activation Email
If you still cannot activate your account:
- Try providing an alternative email address (e.g., a Gmail account) and request support to resend the activation email.
- If you prefer, request that the activation link be shared securely within your support ticket.
Step 4: Contact Support
If the issue persists, contact Sectigo Support for further assistance. Provide the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Any error messages received
- Confirmation that you have checked spam/junk folders
By following these steps, you can resolve activation key issues quickly and securely.
