Reset your Sectigo account password

Overview

Follow these instructions to set a new password and sign in to your Sectigo account again. You will also learn how to get help if you forgot your username, cannot access your administrator email address, or did not receive the password-reset email.

Before you begin

Make sure that you have:

Access to the administrator email address associated with your Sectigo account. Sectigo sends password-reset instructions to this address.

If you cannot access this email address, See section: Get help when you cannot reset your password .

Reset your Sectigo account password

Open the Sectigo Customer Login page and select the sign-in page for the Sectigo product you use.
On the sign-in page, select Forgot Password.
Enter the administrator email address associated with your Sectigo account and submit the request.
Open the password-reset email from Sectigo and follow the instructions to set a new password. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
Return to the sign-in page and sign in with your new password.

Confirm that you can sign in

The reset is complete when you can sign in with your new password. If you cannot sign in, go to Get help when you cannot reset your password.

Get help when you cannot reset your password

Submit a support ticket if:

You forgot your username.
You cannot access the administrator email address associated with your account.
You did not receive the password-reset email, and it is not in your spam or junk folder.

To submit a support ticket:

Open the Sectigo Support page and select Submit a Ticket.
Select Ticketing System.
Select Technical Support as the reason for your request.
Complete the form with your username, administrator email address, sign-in page, and a description of the problem. Do not include your password.
Submit the form.
