I cannot remember the user name/password of my account?

If you forgot the password , it can be automatically reset by visiting our site you used to login ( eg. Instantssl.com or Positivessl.com or Comodoca.com) and clicking on the 'forgotten password' link. Please follow the email instructions to reset the password.
If you do not know the username, please create a support ticket on our site Sectigo.com --> Support --> Ticketing System --> choose 'Reason for the ticket' as "Account Changes" , fill up the form and click the submit button at the bottom. Our agents would contact you to assist you.
