How to open a case for refund with Sectigo
To submit a refund (Billing) ticket,
1- Go to Sectigo® Support Official Site https://www.sectigo.com/support
2- Click on Submit a Ticket
3- Enter your First Name
4- Enter your Last Name
5- Enter your Email address
6- Enter your Company or Individual Name
7- Provide your Phone number
8- Enter your Order Number
9- Click on, Please select a case type.
10- Select Billing
11- Select Invoicing / Billing as the case reason
12- Enter the Subject of your issue
13- Type Refund
14- Provide a brief description of your issue under Description.

15- Type the characters shown in the text box and click Verify
16- Click Submit to access File Upload Page. Attach (up to) 15MB
17- Attach files (up to 15MB) to your case and click on Send Files to Case if needed.
18- Note down your Case Number
Check your email for instructions on how to connect with Sectigo Representative.
