How to open Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Enterprise Support Case

 

1      To open a case, go to Sectigo® Support Official Site https://www.sectigo.com/support

 

      2     Click on Submit a Ticket

 

  3      Click and enter First Name

   

 

 

 

    

 4       Click and enter Last Name

    

 

5        Click and enter Email

 

 

 

6        Click and enter Company or Individual Name

 

 

 

7       Click and enter Phone Number

 

 

 

8       Enter your Order Number

 

 

 

     Select Case Type

 

 

 

10        For technical issues, select Technical Support,  for validation issues select Validation Support

   

 

11      Select Case Reason.

Important: Selecting the correct case reason is crucial for Enterprise Support visibility

 

 

12      For public certificates issues , select Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Enterprise, for private certificates issues, select Sectigo Certificate Manager (SCM) Private CA Enterprise

 

 

13      Enter the Subject of your Issue

 

 

 

14      Brief description of your issue in Description field

 

 

 

15       Type the characters shown in the text box and click Verify

 

 

 

16      Click Submit to access the File Upload Page

 

 

 

17      Attach files up to 15 MB to your case. Note down your Case Number

 

 

 

18       Check your email for instructions on how to connect with your Sectigo Enterprise Support Engineer

  

 

 

19       Click Sectigo Certificate Manager Contact
