How often CodeGuard backs up your site
CodeGuard automatically backs up your files over SSH File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and your MySQL databases every 24 hours. Backup times vary each day, and if any changes are found, CodeGuard sends you a ChangeAlert email describing what changed.
Choosing your backup frequency
You can set the backup frequency for each website. CodeGuard does not currently support hourly backups, but select plans include On-Demand Backup so you can request a backup whenever you need one. Available frequencies are:
• Daily
• Weekly
• Monthly
• Never
