How long will it take my site to back up?
Typically site backups within the 5 GB size for Personal Plan customers take less than 30 minutes. However, depending on the size of your site and connection speed to CodeGuard's servers, it may take a few hours before your backup is complete or if we have found an issue with the backup.
You will be notified by e-mail when your backup is complete or if there is a problem. You do not need to remain signed into your CodeGuard account during activation. If there is a problem with your site backup, please contact support.
