CodeGuard has a special email to reach HostGator support staff on behalf of HostGator customers.
 

First, use the macro in Zendesk to collect the following information from HostGator customers:
 

• customer name
• customer email or primary domain
• 4 digit security pin or last 4 digits of credit card

Email HostGator support @ [email protected] and provide customer's information and a description of the issue.

If this is unsuccessful and the issue needs to be escalated, you can reach out to the admin support team @ [email protected].
