Why Did I Not Receive a Call Back?
Phone numbers must be verified through a third party database or through an online source that receives information directly from a telecommunications provider. The callback verification is completed by calling the customer back on the verified phone number. **Sectigo MUST requester through the VERIFIED phone number. We cannot call direct desk lines or mobile phone numbers unless they are listed publicly.**Please do not change the telephone number in the callback email.
