SCM Web Enrollment Form Invitation email error: The invitation token is invalid. Please use the correct token
Issue:
When users click on the SCM invitation URL from the invitation email, receiving the below error on the browsers saying “Invitation token is invalid. Please use the correct token.”. This email invitation has a One-Time use.
This includes Certificate Types: SSL (Web Form), Client, Code Signing, and device Certificates.
Note: This is only for Web Enrollment forms and other areas are not affected.
Cause:
This is mostly caused by Email scanners that automatically review every email message that evaluates links and attachments for possible malicious attacks. The one-time token is used by this appliance which renders the token invalid as it is only allowed for one-time use.
Resolution:
To fix this issue you can whitelist emails coming from “@cert-manager.com” or "@hard.cert-manager.com" (based on the instance you are on) on your Email on your security appliance and whitelist the below SCM IP address ranges.

91.209.196.0/24
91.212.12.0/24
2a0e:ac00::/32
