We're sorry there is an issue with your recent purchase. We stand by our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. You can request an exchange or refund for Sectigo purchases through our customer chat team.

 

Return Policy

Sectigo offers a 30-day return policy for full refund. Sectigo is not obliged to refund a product after the 30-day refund period has expired. Most refunds are processed within 2-working days. Please open a chat on this page and one of our experts will be happy to guide you through the refund process.
 

Exchange Policy

Sectigo offers a 30-day exchange policy. If you purchased the wrong product, you can simply exchange that product for the correct one. Please open a chat on this page and one of our experts will be happy to guide you through the exchange process.

Note: For products that ship on Hardware Tokens (CodeSigning, Document Signing, etc), Sectigo refunds the software certificate portion only.
