Subscriber Agreement
To issue an EV SSL, EV Code Signing, OV SSL, non-EV Code SIgning, or S/MIME certificate, Sectigo requires a completed Subscriber Agreement.
An email to the admin contact requesting the agreement is sent as soon as the request is received by Sectigo, so please follow the instruction on that email. Search spam, quarantne and junk folders as they may have been flagged as such.
Alternatively you can use the Validation Manager page to send/resend the click-through agreement email. The link to the Validation Manager page was sent to the admin email on the order confirmation email, as well as any emails from the Validation Team requesting for it to be completed. If you have not received your email, check your spam or quarantine folders.
If you have any technical problems completing the online click-through agreement, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the completion of the Subscriber Agreement, they may need to request for hard copies of both the Subscriber Agreement and Certificate Request Form that can be found on our legal repository.
